Hi there! I'm Karen McLendon. My husband and I have lived in the Lowcountry for over 10 years — first Charleston, and now Beaufort. I love the natural charm, beauty, and history this area has to offer. In my free time, I enjoy traveling, spending time outdoors, and being on the water.

As the daughter of a retired Army Lieutenant Colonel, I know what it feels like to search for just the right house. Moving often as a child taught me how quickly an unfamiliar town can start to feel like home when someone takes the time to show you around, and that is the experience I try to give every client.

With over 33 years of customer service experience, my goal isn't just to find my clients a house — it's to help them discover a place that truly feels like "home." That background shows up in the way I work: listening first, communicating clearly, and staying patient through every step so my clients never feel pressured or in the dark.
