Hi there! I'm Karen McLendon. My husband and I have lived in the Lowcountry for over 10 years, first Charleston and now Beaufort. I love the natural charm, beauty, and history that the area has to offer. In my free time, I enjoy traveling, spending time outdoors, and being on the water. 

As the daughter of a Retired Army Lieutenant Colonel, I know what it feels like to try to find just the right house. I possess over 33 years of customer service experience, it is my goal not just to find a house for my clients, but to help them discover a place that truly feels like "Home”.

Hi, I’m Stephen — a Georgia native who fell in love with Beaufort and the Lowcountry after vacationing here with my family. What began as a getaway became home, and my wife and I relocated here as newlyweds to build our life and start our family.  We are now raising our three daughters here. 

I began my career serving Beaufort County as a Deputy with the Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office, eventually becoming a leader on the Sheriff’s Office Dive Team. That role gave me extensive knowledge of the waterways, neighborhoods, and communities that make this area unique.

Today, I’m proud to serve the Lowcountry as a top producing agent, property investor, and proudly in the top 100 Agents in Beaufort (2025). My experience as both a full-time agent and investor allows me to advise clients strategically — whether they’re purchasing a primary residence, a second home, or an income-producing property.
