Where is Burton, SC?
Burton sits on Port Royal Island, west of downtown Beaufort. It starts just south of MCAS Beaufort and runs west to the Broad River (Census CDP boundary, TIGERweb). Parris Island Gateway (US-21), Broad River Boulevard and Robert Smalls Parkway (SC-170) carry most of its traffic. It's not a town. There's no Burton city hall, and most mail goes to a Beaufort, SC address. You'll see 29906 on most listings and 29902 on a few.
The MLS draws its "Burton" area wider than the Census line, so the listings below can include homes that use a Seabrook mailing address. Check where the house actually sits on the map.

Military OneSource lists the installation address as 521 Blvd de France, Building 283, which is inside the gate, so we did not route there.
