Carlos and Cinthia Villaneda first settled in Beaufort, SC, after Carlos's service in the Marine Corps, which began in the summer of 2014. Their journey took them across the U.S., including Hawaii, and overseas to Japan — but it was Beaufort, and their experience purchasing their second home here, that made them want to build a career in real estate.

In early 2024, Carlos and Cinthia transitioned into full-time real estate, each bringing unique strengths to the table. Carlos, with over a decade of service in the Marine Corps — including roles in Communications and as a Chief Drill Instructor at Parris Island — brings a disciplined, strategic approach to the process. Cinthia, with a decade of experience in caregiving, offers a compassionate, detail-oriented perspective that ensures clients feel supported every step of the way.
