Day to day, Miranda shapes how every Faris Group listing reaches the market — coordinating professional photography and video, writing the property stories that show up online, and making sure each home is presented consistently across the website, social channels, and syndication partners. She knows that in the Lowcountry a large share of buyers are searching from out of state or relocating with the military, so a listing's online presentation often makes the first impression long before anyone schedules a showing.
